Guided Body Scan (Part 1)

Do you have high blood pressure? This guided visualization is the first of a three part series to support you, and help you to reduce high blood pressure.

The first part is a guided visualization for you to simply begin by “being” in your body in the present moment. During the twenty five minutes of this visualization you will learn to scan your body. This is the focal point to anchor you in mindfulness, and to become aware of the power of the breath.

As you deepen into this guided meditation you will be able to acknowledge the emotions and pain in a place of safety and trust. Being aware of feelings and emotions, accepting them and embracing them, is a crucial part of the healing process.
